Handmade Gift Exchange Reveal!

Today I'm linking up with Craftaholics Anonymous for the Handmade Gift Exchange!

I was partnered with Shandra for this exchange! She knew I loved going to the beach so she sent me this amazing basket with all of the beach necessities.

This was the perfect gift for me! I' already used the majority of things in the basket and it hasn't even been 48 hours!

Thanks so much Shandra! I really love this basket!

Happy Birthday 'Merica!

I hope everyone is having a great a joyous time celebrating! I know I am!

I had seen a Facebook friend's post earlier this morning that she loves this holiday because everything stops for one day. All of the fighting between political parties and media and all of the things the country's been dealing with; it all stops. And for one day everyone is together and united and proud to be an American.

I couldn't think of a better way to put it. It's just an amazing feeling when all of the frustrating politics and the huge gap between our nation's citizen disappears for a day. If only it could happen more often. While I was traveling around Europe that past few months I had an amazing time but it also made me appreciate the U.S. much more.

On a lighter note, here are some photos from a Fourth of July shoot I did with my friend last year on the Fourth.

Travel Tuesday: Photos from my Weekend in Paris

Back in February my friends and I took the Eurostar over to Paris for the weekend. Not to sound like a brat or and ungrateful beotch but even though I did enjoy Paris I can say that is was my least favorite trip. Probably because it was snowing and freezing the entire weekend and I looked like this:

Attractive, I know.

Getting touched up before Eiffel Tower pictures.

The Eiffel Tower, obvs

Ms. Mona Lisa in all her glory.

From Mona's point of view.

The five flights of stairs we had to walk up to the flat we rented.

Moulin Rouge

The two Arc de Triumphs

Notre Dame

We randomly came across this adorable little building.

A cute church and garden we came across.

Love lock bridge

Au revoir.

Michaels Finds!

First off, if you wanna keep on reading these post don't forget to follow me on Bloglovin!

Follow on Bloglovin

And now down to business! The other day I did one of the most dangerous things. I walked into Michaels! That's almost as bad as walking into Target. I went with a list of things I needed, but that got thrown out of the window as soon as I saw the clearance bins.

Between coupons and clearance everything seems so cheap! I never seem to realize how fast all of theses small items add up until the cashier rings me up.

I know I have to do something about my Michaels binging problem. But before I begin my 12 step program check out some of my great finds!

All of these stamps were $1.50 or less!

Crafting Tape!

Awesome stationary for $1.50 each!
Some scrapbooking supplies for my longterm scrapbooking project!

This frame was originally $19 but there was a 40% off sale on frames and I had a 20% off coupon! Double score!
This frame will be great for my European trip wall collage!

Groovebook and FREE Code!

I recently discovered the greatest app ever! It's called Groovebook! Have any of you heard of it before?

Groovebook is a free app with a monthly subscription (that can be canceled at any time). It prints 40-100 photos directly from your phone's camera roll and mails them to you. And the best part is the book is FREE! All you have to pay is $2.99 for shipping/handling. How crazy is that?! Less than 3 bucks for 100 prints! That's less than the price of a coffee at Starbucks!

The photos come printed in a book and have perforated pages so you can tear them out and use them for anything.

Groovebook is great for easily printing all of those Instagram pictures you'd always wished you could have hard copies of. I've been printing my photos from my study abroad experience this spring. The sizes are perfect to put in a scrapbook.

If you use the code TORRE4 you can get your first month's Groovebook free! No shipping no handling!
What are you waiting for?! Download Groovebook today!

Summer Bucket List

Being in London taught me to stop taking advantage of life and to get out and live more. Why waste days doing nothing when there is so much to see and explore outside of the house. I am no longer taking advantage of Long Island and New York City.

I created a summer bucket list to help my live my life to the fullest this summer!

What's on your summer bucket list?
Got any more ideas for me?
